- Ensure that you have dialled the automated gate number from your registered phone (the one provided when your unit was booked). If the call does not connect successfully the first time or the gate does not open, please retry. If you need telephone gate access from a different phone number, kindly contact us at [email protected] or call us on +44 (0)1983 722804.
- Have you recently changed your debit/credit card? If your monthly payment fails, the system will automatically make several attempts. After 10 days of unsuccessful attempts, gate access may be suspended. Check your emails (including junk) for instructions on updating your account.
